Returns Information and Policy
We only stock products we believe in, and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchases from Wallet Shop.
All products are quality checked before they leave our warehouse and careful packaging reduces the risk of any damage. However, in the unlikely event that you end up with a faulty product or something you don’t want, here is our returns policy for faulty and unwanted items.
Please contact us if your goods are broken or damaged upon arrival. Any faulty goods can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or credit towards another purchase. Most products come with a manufacturers warranty so please contact us if you have any problems outside the initial 30 day period and we can provide details if required for warranty service direct with the supplier.
30 Day Easy Change of Mind Policy for Unwanted Items
We want you to be happy with your goods so we offer a 30 day change of mind policy. You may return goods within 30 days of purchase for a store credit to be used towards another purchase.
This policy is subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned in original unopened condition with all original packaging so goods can be resold.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please choose carefully
Despite doing our best to take great photography, everyone’s computer is set to a different resolution and has different imaging hardware and software so it’s impossible for us to guarantee that what you see is exactly what you’ll get. So we ask that you choose carefully when you order products and prepare to be a little flexible in the colour that you see. If you require more information about a product before you purchase it, don’t hesitate to contact us with the URL of the product and your question.
Note that we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:
- Returns request has been lodged with us and a ticket number allocated
- The return is sent by registered post with tracking details provided to us
- The return includes all necessary paperwork to identify your order including your original order number and return ticket number
Upon lodging a return request you will be provided with the return address.
Please note we can accept no liability for items that go missing on route to our warehouse. As such, we will not accept or process any inbound returns that are not sent registered post. This policy is to protect you and your purchase to ensure we can provide a full refund or credit.
